Yes, we use PayPal to process all payments, and you will be redirected to their website during checkout. We do not store any bank or card details; all payment information is handled securely by PayPal.

After completing your purchase, you will receive two emails: one containing your receipt and download link, and another providing your license key. You will also be able to access your license key and downloads in your account page on our website.

After installing and launching the software, the Activation page will appear. Click the “Get Activation Code” button to be redirected to our product activation webpage. When prompted on the webpage, enter your license key; a short lived activation code will then be generated for you. Copy and paste this code into the designated field within the software to complete the activation process.

The software must be activated online, as offline activation is not currently supported. Once activation is completed on your device, you may use the software without an internet connection.

Currently we support VST3 for Windows 10 and above. For macOS we support AU and VST3.

Yes. Our software will work on Intel and Apple Silicon macOS CPUs

No. We do not transfer licenses at this point in time.

Yes. We will offer existing customers discounts on new products and upgrades. At the time of releasing new software we will send existing customers a discount email.

No. All updates on existing products will always be free and available in your downloads section of your accounts page on our site.
